Cross Country Skiing

The beautifull Zillertal offers a a lot of wonderfull Cross Country routes. From the moment that there is snow, Loipen (special cross country tracks) are prepared. Troughout the valley there are numerous loipen to enjoy.

You can also drive up to Tux. This is where the valley begins and it lies higher than the rest of Zillertal. You´ll be snow sure! The Gerlosplatte (4500 ft) can easily be reached by car. Like the rest of the valley there are beautifull loipen here for beginners, mediates and advanced cross country athletes.
